zerni 公司在 Newsa Pavilion 計畫中，秉持著融合海岸與都市生活精髓的設計理念。以簡潔流暢線條勾勒建築外觀，借白色與木色主調，讓海濱純凈與自然質感並存，現代幾何造型彰顯都市精致。開放式空間布局，促進家庭社互動動。景觀營造上，內庭熱帶植物繁茂，泳池與海呼應，精心設計的窗戶將公園與庭院美景引入室內，為居住者呈現一個兼具閑適海岸風情與高雅都市格調的理想生活空間。
Zerni's Newsa Pavilion is designed to blend the best of coastal and urban life. The architectural appearance is outlined with simple and smooth lines, and the main tone of white and wood makes the seaside pure and natural texture coexist, and the modern geometric shape highlights the urban sophistication. Open space layout to facilitate family social interaction. In the landscape, the inner courtyard is lush with tropical plants, the swimming pool echoes with the sea, and the well-designed Windows introduce the views of the park and the courtyard into the interior, presenting the ideal living space for the residents with a relaxed coastal atmosphere and an elegant urban style.
客廳區域以一組柔軟的灰色沙發為中心，如同溫暖的音符，為空間註入靈動氣息。沙發旁邊，一面大型的落地窗，將窗外的蔥郁綠植引入室內，模糊了室內外的邊界。
The living room area is centered on a set of soft gray sofas, which are like warm notes that inject a lively atmosphere into the space. Next to the sofa, a large floor-to-ceiling window brings the lush greenery outside the window into the interior, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior.
廚房采用了現代化的設計，簡潔的白色櫥櫃與灰色的石英石台面相得益彰，隱藏式的電器嵌入櫥櫃，使整個廚房看起來整潔有序。

In the bedroom, the bedside background wall uses a delicate fabric soft bag, which feels soft and gives people a reassuring sleep experience. The small desk lamp beside the bed is unique in shape and radiates warm and soft light.
步入衛浴間，首先映入眼簾的是寬敞的雙人洗漱台，台面選用了質感上乘的天然大理石，衛浴間的另一側，擺放著獨立式的浴缸，其造型優雅，線條流暢。觸感光滑且保溫效能良好，讓您在泡澡時能盡情放松身心。
